Ingredients
1.5 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
1.5 cup chow mein noodles
1 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
1 cup butterscotch chips
Lettuce Cook!
Step 1 - Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl in :30 second increments until the chocolate is smooth.
Step 2 - Put the chow mein noodles and peanuts in a large mixing bowl
Step 3 - Pour melted chocolate over the noodles and peanuts. Mix until well coated.
Step 4 - Use two soup spoons to scoop about 1.5 tbs size cookie on a parchment lined baking sheet. Continue until the batter is used.
Step 5 - Cool in the refrigerator or freezer until hard. Store in the refrigerator.
